Here at Venture we wish our customers to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please inspect the order you have received, if you are not satisfied with the order please contact us to arrange for an exchange or the return of the item.
In the case of returning the goods for a refund we will issue it in the original form of payment submitted LESS shipping cost.
In the case of exchanges you will have to contact us at ventureonmadison@hotmail.com or call us during business hours at 212.288.7235 to arrange for payment adjustment.
All products returned to us must be unused and include all original packaging and tags.
We process return upon inspections of the goods and take 2 to 3 days to process.
